Great Value and Staff
February 21, 2024Sheridan Plaza is over 100 years old, so it’s definitely in need of some more cosmetic updates within the units. However, if anything actually breaks, the maintenance team responds within hours! The building manager is always accessible in person and the lobby has a 24/7 front desk agent which greatly improves the safety factor. While the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, it has nothing to do with these apartments and they are priced accordingly. No place like home

Sheridan Plaza
November 5, 2018My fiancé and I moved into Sheridan Plaza about two months ago, and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The building is a small community. The staff are friendly and so helpful! I truly feel like we are a small neighborhood. When you are friendly and courteous you receive the same back. The building itself is beautiful and well kept. They have cleaners and maintenance on duty everyday all day long. The property manager has her hands full but she will always work as hard as ...possible to get things done. Modern Apt/Great Amenities in Fast Growing Neighborhood
July 28, 2015Looking to move to Uptown? There are a few mid-rise buildings that stand out. Our of nearly all of them, Sheridan Plaza has the most reasonable rent. The best part is the store conveniently located on the first floor which is accessible 24 hours a day. They carry everything you could need with the exception of alcoholic beverages. To the rest of the building: The maintenance staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. There are storage lockers available and on-site, card operated laundry. All of ...the apartments are recently rehabbed and include completely modern appliances. There is a parking garage attached to the building that is for renters in the building. It is possible to get a parking pass for guests for just $5 a night, which is a steal! There also 24 hour porters, all of whom are friendly and helpful. There is also a gym that is open most hours of the day. They hired a personal trainer that is in 3 days a week that will kick your butt. Group sessions are free and individual sessions are affordable. Step outside and you are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurant and entertainment options. Shopping options you are set: there is a Target, Jewel,and Aldi just minutes from the front door. So, if you're looking for a great apartment in a fast changing Uptown neighborhood, look no further. July 21, 2015Only two blocks from the red line and the lake, this location is everything. The building is equipped with its own gym, full and efficient laundry room, and is even attached to a 24 hour convenience store. The doormen will be your best friends and the neighbors are wonderful.
