The best part is the store conveniently located on the first floor which is accessible 24 hours a day. They carry everything you could need with the exception of alcoholic beverages.

It is possible to get a parking pass for guests for just $5 a night, which is a steal! There also 24 hour porters, all of whom are friendly and helpful. There is also a gym that is open most hours of the day. They hired a personal trainer that is in 3 days a week that will kick your butt. Group sessions are free and individual sessions are affordable.
Step outside and you are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurant and entertainment options. Shopping options you are set: there is a Target, Jewel,and Aldi just minutes from the front door.
So, if you're looking for a great apartment in a fast changing Uptown neighborhood, look no further. I give it 4 / 5 because I think there is always room to make things better..
