No maintenance owners only care about money

Very filthy place. Black mold in almost all units. Can't get anything fixed when needed. Just a monopoly. If you have to live in any of Roberta green's places. Make sure to take plenty of pictures before moving in anything. They don't care about tenants just the money. I wouldn't give 1 star but I have to to submit.
