July 16, 2025So far we have experienced extremely friendly staff in a clean and quiet gated complex. The amenities are very clean and presentable. Responsiveness to minor hiccups such as original key fob not working correctly has been swift and effective. Maintenance has been to our new place 3 times (almost immediately - within a day of request) to "tighten this, fix that, or correct a little glitch". Staff jump through hoops over requests, and we're getting settled ...in. Apartments are in an awesome location, especially if you have pets! (With Fairview Park right across the street!) June 1, 2025Very quite. The townhome is awesome. Very comfortable and spacious. My only concern is the water, is slimy. This is very uncomfortable because I feel my skin sticky. I can't use the water for cook.Property Manager Responded
