August 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy partner and I have lived comfortably in this complex for a year, and so far we have only needed to submit one maintenance request! It was answered the very next day and the problem was resolved quickly. The landlord is communicative and understanding, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is always a parking spot for our vehicles.

I've got enough room to spread out, a layout that makes sense and having my own laundry in-unit is a huge convenience for me. Any time I've needed maintenance, the response has been incredibly fast, and the issue is resolved just as quick. Not to mention, it's very close to a bus stop so transportation is very quick and convenient. Overall, it's been a great place to call home!

July 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe walls and ceiling are well insulated so I can't hear anything from my neighbors, the landlord is really helpful whenever I've had a problem, and it's just fat enough off division that street noise doesn't bother me. It's nice having the building secure so I feel safe against anyone breaking in. And I love the big living room window to let in cool air at night
Unresponsive after Touring
July 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe 2 units we toured that were advertised as move in ready were not moved in ready. The flooring was broken and separated, (needed to be relayed), one of the freezers was moldy, blinds were broken or taken down. A day or so after the tour we had a few more questions I texted Henry directly then a day or so later emailed the property the same message 7 days after sending the email still didn't hear from them.
