Property is decent but Management is GREEDY

Positive move-in experience
October 12, 2022The property manager changed here shortly before I moved in, but I have to echo the other reviews that management here (now Stacey) is very nice and responsive. She made things about as easy as they could be. The property is nicely maintained. If I had a dog here, I would be a little bummed that you are supposed to keep your dog on a leash even in the nice grassy area that is considered to be like the 'dog park' part of the property.Review from Apartments.com

Quiet abode in LA suburb
July 28, 2015Sherway villas is a quiet community, I've never had problems with noise here. The staff is respectful and the area in Reseda is ok. There's tenant parking that's gated so your car will be safe. It just went into renovations in 2014 so the carpet, tile, and lighting is all new.Review from Apartments.com
