May 2, 2023My family and I lived here from 2018-2019. In the beginning we thought all was well, but not even a month after living here water bugs and roaches began popping up throughout our unit. The parking was horrendous and the washing machines would barely work.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the price
September 12, 2018I’ve lived at theses apartments for a year and they are already trying to raise rent on me. They have zero parking , the staff will call the tow truck on you every chance they get. There are giant roaches throughout the apartment grounds. Maintenance is a joke they take at least 5 days to service you , even if it’s something small like changing a light bulb. The price of the apartments are definitely not worth it.Review from Apartments.com

September 4, 2015After searching around the Bellflower area it was easy to see that this place offered the best at the best price. Similar buildings and layouts were 200 more. Its really nice and quiet pretty much at all times. The little community is really nice with a lot of grass and trees. Maintenance staff is quick and friendly. Best Doggie Friendly Apartment!
July 26, 2015It's a top notch apartment complex. The pool, BBQ area, gym, and doggie play area are what won me and visitors over. Its definitely a "you get what you pay for" type of situation. Yes its a little on the pricey side, but it comes with access to several amenities, and its quiet. The only downer is the ridiculous parking situation. There is only 1 assigned parking spot, and surrounding streets have become permit parking only, so any additional cars need to park at a distance.Review from Apartments.com
