The property manager is the worst
March 21, 2023The property manager does NOT forward repairs to mantinance. The newly renovated apts are falling apart people move in and out fast. The washers and dryers are at least 20 plus years old and 89% of the time don't work. Our building has had a roach problem for over 7 years now. The other building has rats and a mouse problem. If you ask for repairs or an exterminator the property manager makes up lies about you and threatens to evict you. The property manager does not answer your emails or her ...phone. WE CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING EVEN SHOES OUTSIDE OUR APTS IF WE DO IT WILL BE THROWN AWAY. Beware of the place. Corporate knows everything, DOES NOT CARE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
