December 26, 2024You are allowing too many people to park their cars in the lots,some people have 2-3 cars here and are selling them or using the lots to use as a fixing point for outside vehicles!!!! It’s not fair for people who have one car when you turn your eyes away from the people who abuse the lot!! Make them park on red Lion road…lf they don’t run that’s not fair for people who have to walk 2 blocks while they get to have 2-3 spots!!! UNFAIRProperty Manager Responded

November 12, 2024Anytime if I need maintenance they come and take care of any issues. The office staff listen and very helpful. I love that everything that you need is on the property like the kids playground. My daughter loves it. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Stay Away
October 28, 2024We would often have issues with the AC & plumbing and were treated like a nuisance when asking for help, but affordable living is a luxury so I would've been willing to let that slide if it were the only offense. However because of flooding in the county over, our apartment was flooded out in 2021 and we were forced to evacuate. With nobody to stay with, it ended up costing us a lot of money. The landlord treated us horribly the entire time, and refused to let us move into a different apartment ...room even temporarily. We did our best to get out everything we could, and put anything else we couldn't grab on top of our beds or higher-up closet shelves. Before we could get back into the apartment to get the rest of our things, the landlord told us that he had to have his men tear out the bottom portion of the walls to prevent long-term damage. This was fine with us as long as we could gather our things at the soonest convenience. When we finally got back into the apartment to see what was salvageable, the entire place had been wrecked. The mattresses & bed boards had been knocked over, leaving them water damaged, and all of our belongings that we had put up high had been unnecessarily knocked to the ground and scattered around. Because of the wreck we were left to scavenge through, we ended up needing to make multiple trips over the course of a couple weeks, to which the landlord seemed very vocally annoyed about. We begged him to keep the AC on low during the hotter days to help limit the growth of bacteria & mold, but every day he would turn it back off when we left. He would also refuse to unlock the apartment for us on some days, despite us doing our best to just get our things and get out of his hair. Over the course of time we spent trying to get our stuff, him and his workers would often be in & out, as they were the only ones with a key. During then, the two televisions we owned had mysteriously vanished. When we confronted him about it he was very defensive and dismissive, saying he wouldn't compensate us for any of it, one reason being because we "had an unpaid ~$300 fee," despite that fee being a months old self-admitted erroneous charge on his end. Aside from the TVs, we aren't positive just how much was stolen. Nearly every sealed container we owned had been ripped open, with the contents missing.
