December 9, 2025Living at Sherwood Apartments has truly been a great experience for me and my family. From the day we moved in, the community has felt safe, quiet, and very well-maintained. The management team is responsive, friendly, and always willing to assist whenever something comes up. One thing I really appreciate is how clean the property is kept—hallways, outdoor spaces, and common areas are always in great condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the staff does a ...fantastic job resolving issues with care. Special thanks to the maintenance team for their consistent hard work! The location is also perfect—close to shopping centers, parks, and major roads, making everyday errands very convenient. Classic management company woes
November 2, 2025The property and location are fine. The issues of course come from management cutting corners. Lack of preventative maintenance, yes. What's grinding my gears in particular is that we have been charged a "damage waiver fee" for over a year now despite having renter's insurance without lapse. We've visited the office, talked on the phone, emailed about it, followed every instruction, sent our proof of insurance over a dozen times. They never stop charging us this fee. I feel gaslighted but I think ...they're just happy to take free money when people can't do anything about it.Property Manager Responded
