Classic management company woes
November 2, 2025The property and location are fine. The issues of course come from management cutting corners. Lack of preventative maintenance, yes. What's grinding my gears in particular is that we have been charged a "damage waiver fee" for over a year now despite having renter's insurance without lapse. We've visited the office, talked on the phone, emailed about it, followed every instruction, sent our proof of insurance over a dozen times. They never stop charging us this fee. I feel gaslighted but I think ...they're just happy to take free money when people can't do anything about it.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025I have been working a lot since moving in but in the 2 weeks I have been moved n, I have no complaints really. There are only litttle things I've noticed that needs to be addressed but nothing major. The community is so welcoming, the staff are friendly. It's quiet and peaceful.
