This place is trash. Do not waste your time or money. The old owner "supposedly" moved out the country and gave the property to his niece. The manager says the neice doesnt care about the horrible living conditions she just wants money. The managers response to fixing anything in the apt, is if you don't like it, move. your face when she is frustrated. Stoves dont work. Our neighbor hasn't had a fridge that works in forever. Mold is coming out our bathtub from nonstop leaking faucets. Both sinks stay stopped up with water causing mold. Vents are filthy on the inside so the air quality is terrible causing us to stay sick. Do not, I repeat DO not put your family thru this. You'd do better living in a hotel. Last I knew the manager was living in the office after the hurricane. That's when she started with the scare tactics. The previous maintenance man of 5 years quit because she lied on him and they would not pay him his paycheck. This can't be legal how they treat tenants. I plan on getting something done about it. Please save yourself the headache. I would give them a -5 if I could.
