Good Location
October 29, 2018I’ve lived at Sherwood Oaks for several years. Property has nice amenities like a pool and barbecue area. Close to the downtown area of Fairfax and good hiking and biking trails. Apartments have some upgraded features like new kitchen cabinets and double-pane windows. Management has changed recently and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement in the maintenance of the property. Julie, the new manager, is friendly and professional and always available during office hours (even later sometimes). ...Since she took on the job a few months ago, the property is always spotless and any issues I’ve had, like a broken sink, have been resolved very quickly (within 24 hours). Quiet Building, Great Management
October 7, 2018I visited Sherwood Oaks at the beginning of September. At the time, they only had a one bedroom unit available. I have my heart set on the area so I got on the waiting list for a two bedroom apartment. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. There is a heated pool on site, and the buildings have a nice view of the surrounding hills. The property manger, Julie, was extremely nice and accommodating. She’s the reason I decided to post this review. She waited to meet ...me when I was done with work, at almost 8pm. No other building manager has done that for me so far. Also, she answered all my questions and offered really good insight into things to do in the area, restaurant recommendations, etc. I’m hoping they have a vacancy soon!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
