No hay nada de seguridad
February 19, 2025Llevo menos de un año viviendo en Shibui Apartments y ya me ha robado dos veces. El edificio tiene un espacio para dejar tu bicicleta con cadena, puse mi bicicleta con cadena y a las dos semanas ya no estaba. En al semana del 19 de Enero al 24 de Enero del 2025. Me robaron dos maletas de la cajuela de mi carro. El cual estaba en el estacionamiento de Shibui Apartments. No hay nada de seguridad en este lugar, las cámaras no funcionan y management no hace nada al respecto. El edificio ...siempre apesta a humo de todo tipo y se escucha todo lo que los vecinos hacen. He escuchado que también se roban los paquetes y abren los buzones. No hay nada de seguridad y management no ayuda en nada. Cuando te entregan el lugar no esta limpio. Solo pintan arriba de la suciedad, en la cocina hay pelos nadamas cubiertos con pintura blanca que ponen para decir que te entregan el lugar limpio pero no esta limpio. Encontré muchas telarañas debajo del lavadero de la cocina y desechos de ratas por todos lados. Desde el primer mes el ventilador del baño apenas y funciona y hay mold. El piso rechina muy feo cuando caminas. Las lavadoras se tragan tu dinero y aveces no sirven, Hay como 3 secadoras que no sirven y si te tocó una que no sirve ya gastaste tu dinero. Lo mínimo que deberían de hacer es arreglar las cámaras de seguridad y asegurarse de que graben bien.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My roommate free apartment.
August 17, 2015As you can tell I've had bad experiences with my prior roommates. Playing call of duty or GTA FROM 1 am in violation of the building's quiet hours. We're lucky we were'nt kicked out. But Shibui's Management took great care of me. Did a great job renovating the place and kept me in the loop at every step. No wonder it's hard to move in. Hardly anyone moves out.Review from Apartments.com
