October 17, 2025My 3rd year living at Shoal Creek it’s been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from. Last but least throughout the year the leasing office will host free events/snacks for the tenants in the complex.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025From the leasing experience to the move and now just requesting maintenance, everything has been so smooth and stress-free—living here has been a real breeze. Jeff was awesome during the leasing process, and Paul was a big help on move-in day, helping me replace some light bulbs. Pierre stopped by right away to introduce himself, followed up on my move-in inventory form, and then quickly arranged for Paul to order parts and handle the maintenance. The dog park has great space and is a wonderful ...amenity to substitute a private back yard. So far, my experience has been absolutely fantastic!Property Manager Responded
