Either loud neighbors or thin floors. Regardless, the lack of communication/ very last minute of things like maintenance and work being done was very not okay last year. Nor is the lack of options for more than 12 months, while rent and prices keeps increasing every year with not a break in sight.

Very quiet and being back by the woods makes it even better. Summertime is the best when the pool is open. As the pool is well maintained and cleaned at all times.

Parking is great. My neighbors are very friendly.
Maintenance does a absolutely amazing job at getting everything done as fast as they can. Staff is very very pleasant and friendly

My 3rd year living at Shoal Creek it’s been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from. Last but least throughout the year the leasing office will host free events/snacks for the tenants in the complex.

Amazing place to call home. The main office makes you feel like this is a place to call home not just a place to live. The new landscape has been so much need and looks great. From the office staff to maintenance I would definitely recommend to not just a friend but to my family members as well.
