Regardless, the lack of communication/ very last minute of things like maintenance and work being done was very not okay last year. Nor is the lack of options for more than 12 months, while rent and prices keeps increasing every year with not a break in sight.Property Manager Responded

The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from.
