January 9, 2026Either loud neighbors or thin floors. Regardless, the lack of communication/ very last minute of things like maintenance and work being done was very not okay last year. Nor is the lack of options for more than 12 months, while rent and prices keeps increasing every year with not a break in sight.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2025My 3rd year living at Shoal Creek it’s been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from. Last but least throughout the year the leasing office will host free events/snacks for the tenants in the complex.Property Manager Responded
