11 years of constant headaches
February 14, 2025The laundry room hasn’t been operative for most of the elven years I’m living here. Winn Residential the current management company for Shore View LLC changed property manager every couple months; maintenance staff every week. They do a terrible job fixing issues. You are better off hiring an outside professional to do any fixing. Because of constant change of property management your rent is entered wrong and they try to charge you late fees on payment received on time. You have to keep all ...your records in order so you can constantly show proof against their mismanagement. Lease renewals are a nightmare; all sorts of error on the lease such as your name misspelt, wrong dates, other people name on your lease, etc. this is a rent stabilization building so they are awful to those tenants.. trying to find every method to evict them illegally. The hallways and carpet in the hallways are filthy. One of the worst set of renter to deal with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
This property is excellent
July 24, 2022I live a luxurious 3 bedroom apartment that just got painted, and I must say that the paint job was top notch. The property is well kept, and the residents are very friendly. I have been living here for 4 years and so far everything is great. I also like the fact that when I have a maintenance issue, management responds quickly to resolve my issues. In my conclusion, this is a very nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
My Sanctuary
August 25, 2015I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet little complex....tons of closet space...spacious bathroom... I have to say my 2 most favorite things about my apartment is the walk in closet in my bed (it so big it can fit a twin size mattress and night stand ) and the openness of my kitchen and living room... Having the Island separate the to spaces...allows me to interact with my family and friends while keeping an eye on what I'm cooking so I don't feel isolated from the activities and its ...located a block away from the beach...which has an amazing boardwalk...the did an excellent job rebuilding it after the damage done by Sandy...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
