October 20, 2025Shoreline Seamless Service This is an older property - but you couldn't tell by the way the property looks and feels. I recently moved into the apartment complex and its been a great experience from day one. The office staff - Yadira is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick to respond to inquiries and helpful when something just isn't making sense or working. Upon move in there were a few items that needed to be addressed. The maintenance staff responded quickly and took care ...of any and all of the issues that were noted. The community itself is clean and well manicured. No piles of trash near the dumpster. The grass is well maintained and the residents clean up after their pets. There aren't any bells and whistles (that you'll never need or use) that cost extra amounts of money. Just a nice, clean complex with friendly and helpful management.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2025Request for refrigerator repair I submitted my maintenance request on a thursday night and called to confirm on friday morning and within minutes there were 2 maintenance people at my door and my repair was complete in less than an hour.
