We moved in 2 months ago and unfortunately experienced nothing but problems. The other tenets allow their dogs to defecate on non-designated areas that are within an arms reach of other's patios and units, and you have to put in a work order that takes days for someone to take care of it. Similarly, the designated pet areas are not well-kept. The building is full of irresponsible dog owners and tenets that take others's packages. ...the time, as per the front desk. Other tenets allow their children to throw things and water off the balconies that fall on other tenets. Perhaps I'd put up with this if the actual apartment was nice, but there is no real tile, everything is laminate, plastic, or some other crappy material. The kitchen faucet is not conducive for anything other than washing your hands. The florescent lighting causes headaches and the standard painting is drab. It's in an excellent location, but that's all it has going for it.
