Awesome Apartments
March 18, 2026Apartments have popped up all over Orlando, so choosing the right one can feel overwhelming. I chose Shoreview at Baldwin Park because of the location and the great value, but the reasons I plan to stay are even more important. The management team truly goes out of its way to make this community feel like home. Since I moved in, they’ve hosted several food trucks, a pool party to help neighbors get to know one another, and even surprised residents yesterday with a St. Patrick’s Day ice cream ...social. Read your lease carefully!!
September 1, 2023Be sure that you read your lease very carefully. There are thing in it that they don’t tell you upfront and things in it that I have never seen in any lease I’ve ever signed. Also, be prepared because they won’t tell you ahead of time that you will need to go to the post office yourself to get your mail key. Yet another thing I have never seen at any other apartment I’ve been at. And of course they don’t tell you that the post office is going to charge you $35 for the keys and to change the ...lock. On the plus side… the washers and dryers in The laundry rooms are actually reasonably priced. Apartment itself could have been cleaner upon move in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
