stay. The pleasant surprises started rolling in almost immediately. The Dennis Investments people were friendly, accommodating, and always quick to deal with the handful of minor problems we experienced. The commute to Minneapolis is quick and easy. Excelsior (one of the most charming towns in the USA if you ask me) is a stone's throw away and legendary Lake Minnetonka is within easy walking distance. Also (most importantly), our son quickly learned to love his new school and classmates. If we hadn't inherited a home in the neighborhood, we'd still be at Shorewood Place. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Parking lot repaved a couple years ago, that was the only issue ever. now its perfect. One bedroom is very comfy good size, 2nd bedroom small but still has walkin closet. kitchen nice with dishwasher and garbage disposal. newer air conditioners with remote, very nice and quieter and away from the tv hookup so less noise interference.2nd and 3rd floor come with a nice deck with overhang, ground floor, nice lil patio area. If you're a couple with a kid or 2 friends where someone is okay with a smaller bedroom for one of you, i can't recommend a better place in the lake minnetonka area. All the tenants are middle aged to a lil older , very friendly and quiet. I will miss this place when i move out soon for up north.
