Siena apartments are well-maintained both inside and out. Both grounds and apartments are immaculate. I love the option of having a reserved parking space and I love that an enclosed garage can be chosen in lieu of. The general energy of the community gives serene and positive vibes.

Ever since GreyStar took over this property, the place has been in shambles. Simple maintenance requests take months to get completed. Complaints about the condition of the property go no where and are not taken care of.

Poor communication, no empathy from head manager, appliances did not work upon arrival, we had multiple cleanliness that we had to ultimately take care of ourselves and A/C had improper parts making our dwelling uncomfortable for a week. Not a good experience and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
