My wife, children, and I have rented from Siena Park since 2024, and we have loved our time here. The maintenance team is incredible. Dana, in the Leasing Office, is incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. The property is very clean and maintained well.

We’ve lived here for close to two years and have a great experience— it’s in a prime location for every day work commuting. Also, we love that. Sienna Park is right next-door from the grocery store.

Staff and maintenance are great. Location is good and building is clean. Sound inside the building is not good -- and the continuation of removing carpet in vacated units makes this worse.

It’s great living here. The lobby is decorated nice for Christmas this year. The coffee is always a nice amenity. They also have a convenient gift wrapping station this year.

The leasing team was responsive from the first tour to move-in day. Hallways and elevators are spotless, and common areas are lively without being loud. I appreciate the secure package lockers, ample parking, and quick access to grocery stores, coffee, and the highway. Walls seem well insulated; I rarely hear neighbors.

Pros: Living is nice here. Quiet for the most part. Lots of parking spots. Haven’t reply had any issues. Cons: $150 per car in a garage that never closes… anybody has access to the resident garage… not a fan.. at all. At least lower cost per car if the garage isn’t protected. Construction is never ending on the main road which isn’t a flaw of the apartment complex just an annoying thing that comes with living here. Still a good place to live just a few nit picky things that throw me off
