Great Community and Maintenance Staff
November 17, 2025This is the 1st place I've renewed my lease multiple times. The leasing staff with Bonnie, Lauren, and Lyndsey are knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to helping tenants find the accommodations or answers they need. The maintenance staff with Omar and Billy take care of requests with a sense of urgency and brief you through resolutions. Siena Suwanee is a prime spot in Georgia
November 17, 2025Siena has been an awesome place to live for the last year in a primetime location where the city is walkable... in Georgia?? It's amazing having parks nearby, shops, trails, and a whole lot of international festivities which makes us feel right at home. Bonnie, Lindsay, and Lauren have been helpful with communicating important info and helping us through pest issues, making sure we have everything we need to know. Love Siena

A+ communication, great gym and pool, wonderful staff (special shoutout to Billy, Omar, Francisco, Lauren, Lindsay, and Bonnie), AND we’re a walkable distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, and parks. The best apartment I've stayed in.
