Overcharging for everything
December 21, 2020They increase rent every year between 50-100$. When we vacated the apartment after 6 years, they said we will be only charged for regular cleaning after inspection. Felt it could be better
May 12, 2020Leased for 2 years and i will not be staying for a third. I feel the price vs amenity ratio is poor. I did not feel my unit was ideal, cleaned or taken care of upon move in. The team is great, their parking and towing rules are draconian. I parked in the same place every day with a parking pass yet one day of a missplaced pass or a pass that may have fallen down will net you a quick 400$ tow fee. Great spot!
March 23, 2020The staff was incredibly friendly, and the tour was informative. There were no issues with the process of getting set with the new rental, and the apartment was very clean. The place is in a quiet area of Lake Forest, only 10 min from the 5 freeway, just the right balance of tranquility and access. A big plus is the inclusion of all kitchen appliances, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer. The unit includes a small garage as well as a second parking space with a free permit. Yet another plus ...is the fact that there are two pools and a workout area with new equipment. I was pleased to put hours upon hourse of searching to rest. Good Apartment for Families
October 12, 2015Siena Terrace is a good apartment for families. There are lots of children because of the elementary school near by. Each unit comes with pretty much everything from dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer in unit, etc., Also, very pet friendly. The leasing office staff are really nice and all the services have been very attentive. One thing that I dislike about this apartment is that the parking is horrible. You get a garage and if you have more than one car per unit, you need to get a parking ...permit or however many cars you have. The thing is that since it's very family orientated apartment complex, a lot of people use their garage as storage spaces and buy parking permits and park in the complex, which is a first come first serve as long as you have a permit. Let me tell you, there aren't enough parking spots for everyone so if you don't get home by 9pm, you are out of luck. You have to park on the street and walk up the hill. August 25, 2015When we first moved in this apartment was awesome. I love the private garage and and that they have two pools. While the staff is nice, we have renewed once and they raised the rent a hundred dollars and this year they want to raise it again by 95 just based on that I have it a two And the parking isn't always great.Review from Apartments.com
Problem after problem
August 14, 2015Since we moved in we have had nothing but problems, within the first week we had to get the sink drain snaked because, as our maintenance worker said, there was backup in the drain from our neighbors. Added on top of this they have had to come 2 more times for the sink, they also had to replace the drywall in our bathroom for a large mildew build up behind it. We have been through 2 fridges and when the originally replaced the first one that one was broken as well and we never got reimbursed for ...the loss of food in the fridge.
