Management is Unreachable
October 8, 2024There isn't much green space, so there isn't a lot of places to take your furry friend. All dog owners end up at the same patch of grass at the same time. It's difficult to find parking. There is a lot of construction going on, and the portable bathrooms smell horrific. You can't even use your balcony without the wind bringing the honey bucket scent to you. Management is very hands off, and takes forever to resolve issues... if they resolve them at all. When my Dwello lock failed due to a defect ...they refused to send onsite maintenance to unlock it. I had to get a locksmith. I will not renew my lease with them, and want to warn others to stay away!Property Manager Responded

As a reminder, we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance response except in the instance of lock outs, since our residents have multiple ways to access their unit, including physical keys, we do not respond to after hours lock outs. We walk our grounds daily to ensure we have a clean and presentable community for our residents and their guests. We are very excited to have our state-of-the-art clubhouse completed in a month and would love to hear your feedback directly for improvement as we have had nothing but positive feedback so far.
