Car towed even though registered

They claim to have left a note on the car but I never saw one on my morning drive to work… your car isn’t safe from these people. Not to mention it was quicker for me to call the cops and ask about my car than it was for their own team to check if THEY had it towed (the cops told me they did)Property Manager Responded

Staff ruined the experience
October 18, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe staff was hit or miss whether they were polite or difficult depending on what you were going to them for. If I had an issue, they were rude and not helpful. The couple times that I had to run in and turn in some lost and found or someone else’s mail, they were nice. The property could be nice if it weren’t for it being a dog poop mine field. Every section that is even slightly guarded by cars or garages means it was free rein to let your dog poop and not pick it up. The place is also lousy ...with roaches and crickets. I only ever saw one cricket into the apartment, but walking the dog at night was pretty gross because of the bugs. The location is nice with a couple restaurants a block away. When we moved in, there was mold growing in the tank of our toilet, which caused mold to grow down in the bowl which required constant cleaning. Additionally, when we moved in, the dryer wasn’t hooked up, which I didn’t notice until the lint started growing up the wall. Getting behind the washer and dryer to clean lint was a pain and added insult to injury when they tried to tack on a cleaning fee for the dryer not having a lint trap that was immaculately clean. Don’t move into a unit near the pool if you need to get to sleep at a time before about 11 since they have people out there blaring music that you can understand the lyrics through the building/windows. I wouldn’t recommend getting a garage since my car was locked in 3 different mornings spread over the course of about 2 months, putting me on hard times at work. The specific garage that I had never had a light that worked, the door was missing a key, and had cob webs and a bunch of leaves when I got it. The cob webs and leaves weren’t an issue for me since it was a garage, but with all of the tacky cleaning fees at moveout, I would expect everything that I receive to be clean. Management said they were going to install a key into the door so they didn’t have such a difficult time getting into the garage when I was locked out, but that was never added. My wife asked if we could get a new garage after getting locked out the second time and was told “let’s just see if if happens again before moving garages” (see the staff being unhelpful when an actual issue is present). After the third time, I asked if there was going to be anything done to rectify the issues that I was having being late to work because of the garage and they said “nothing could be done since the problem was fixed.”Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

THANK U, NEXT. The neighbors are old and crochet and extremely annoying.. There's no community. Management is lacking. Lack of parking spots is a huge issue. If you leave past 7 PM, you might as well say you don't live here because you'll have to park outside of your own apartment grounds. Who wants to do that? Anyway, I regret signing a lease ...here. DO NOT SIGN HERE if youre under the age of 33. This place is completely not a good vibe. If you're an old person above the age of 37 that loves to complain about your neighbors and are elderly then go for it. But if youre a young professional with an amazing job and make really good money, do not sign here. DO NOT. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I regret signing my lease and am counting the days until im out of here. Peace. ON top of that, the gates are always broken. That and the workout room equipment is broken, children smoke in the break rooms, and the "towels" are filthy and are never washed. We filed an application, paid the fee and then they told us at 5pm that they couldn't run our application or credit check until we providedmore info from our bank. So, as of 5pm July 31 no application had been run for us pending further info from my bank. On August 1st, 10:30am, I go to their office and say that I read their online reviews andneeded to withdraw the application because their apartments ...just have too low scores from their residents to be able to live there. The office manager said we applied they took the unit off the market so we gave up our $400 dollars. They didn't run our application. At the start she liked the idea that this was supposed to be a well managed complex , strict on policies and well kept. She began to smell backed up sewage when she first moved in. After repeated excuses from management and acting like they had no idea what we were talking about, the repairman admitted it was an issue of defective vents or drains from the construction and a recurring problem ...throughout the property. When she confronted the manager, she was rude and saying they weren't required by law to do anything. She was never able to get rid of the smell and in the summer it was awful. Parking was a nightmare and often she had to park outside the gate if she came home late. The last straw was a police raid with 6 cars that lasted a couple days. September 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe Siena on Sonterra apartment complex was everything my girlfriend and I thought it would be when we first saw it nearly a year ago. It's a quiet, friendly, and safe community in a spot that literally has 10 different hospitals around for the injury prone. Also there are ample amounts of restaurants in the area to try, as well as a CVS down the street, and a gas station that is just a minute or two drive away. You do have to deal with 281 traffic in and out of the city, but the big pileup of ...cars really ends at 1604 in the afternoon trying to come home so you just miss out on all of that fun (miss out in a good way). It has a really beautiful pool in the center of the complex with a cabana type feel where you can cook out and just relax. They have really nice beach chairs to lounge in and a jacuzzi as well. The gym is convenient and clean, the machines in the room are well taken care of and it's a spacious room that seems like you always have the ability to go in and do what you wanted to do. We have a dog and the 2 bed 2 bath apartment that is also spacious enough to rough house with him. The dog park leaves a little to be desired however, its a smaller area in the back of the complex. It is mostly wood chips and 1 little tree that doesn't really provide much shade in that area. It also seems like there is always dog feces in the park area. Parking isn't usually a problem, I have only had to park outside near the front office a handful of times. It really depends on when you are looking for a spot. After about 10pm you might need to do a lap before you see one. There are elevators that you can use to get to your apartment which is awesome seen as how we live on the 4th floor of our complex. Getting things like groceries or heavy objects would have been miserable without the elevators. They do pest control once a week, they spray the outside of the building. We haven't had any problems with infestations which has been awesome not needing to worry about. Trash is picked up at your door sunday night through thursday night which is a little bit of a pain. They don't want you to keep your trash outside of your door so you are just left having a bag over the weekend in your apartment. The staff here are always friendly and in a good mood. If you have a problem, which we have not, they do try and get around to it as quickly as possible. Also they give a fair amount of time heads up if they do need to do a maintenance check.Read More

The staff here are quick to respond. They hold monthly get togethers. The pool/gym/business are always clean and fresh. I do not have a single complaint. Everyone is friendly and professional.
