Work order took log to fix. I had to call to find out the status of it to fix the leak from the kitchen sink. Still took 2 more weeks to some how fix it.

This place is decent if you’re okay with limited parking and little to no security. The units themselves are nothing special and the property is mostly clean. At night there are homeless people coming in and out of the property and people jumping over the gates. If you live on the side by the leasing office you can forget about getting any parking after 8 pm. My car was also hit or scratched multiple times while parked inside. Night time patrol mostly stays in one spot or in his car. Kids are ...

Apartments need an upgrade. Appliances are very cheap with cheap white paint. The bathtub is just glazed and it’s cheap can’t even clean with bleach. I don’t recommend. Unless last resort

Sienna Residences is a great place to call home. The community is beautiful. The apartments are wonderful. Staff and maintenance are friendly and always available. They have great amenities and are reasonably priced extremely safe place to live.

So things are much better because some of those that were causing issues are gone you would get your mail this one resident would ask you for $20.00 another knocked on my door at 10pm asking for a soda. This place has made EXCELLENT changes.....i am grateful its beautiful in the structure landscaping all. Thank you

living at this community is like living with a family. Everybody here is really close. The people that work in the office the maintenance people the security guards. They’re all great people and they make you feel like you matter. The place is always kept very clean. They power wash the sidewalks and the trashcan area. They always keep all the foliage trimmed. They have a beautiful weight room and pool and hot tub area. It’s a quiet and happy place to live. They also always have fun things like ...

little contests where you can win a prize like counting all the jellybeans they also have times where you could go like pick up donuts or snacks in the office. They just do all kinds of stuff and the things they do and the way they are really make this place feel like it’s an apartment family I would recommend this place to anybody it is a great place to stay thank you to Sienna residences
