Great apartment find!

I have been living here since January 2021 and at first I was hesitant because of all the reviews (they were quite old reviews to begin with).
CON:
The only complaint I have at first was the parking. There are limited spaces and people keep taking the visitors parking without a pass. We were put on the waiting list and finally got a parking spot. However, this is out of the staff's control when it came to visitors "stealing" parking spots without a pass.
The gym, it needs windows :( it is so ...
hot in there. Please fix.
The traffic on Sierra Hwy during rush hour, beware! Also, out of staff's control.
PRO:
Management has changed so I think that's what made the community better.
I absolutely love the staff and maintenance staff! They are very attentive and fast when it comes to needing help or fixing something in the apartment. I've built a great rapport with them as well as friendships. They make life living here such a great community. Treat them with respect, they are human beings too and doing their job.
The apartment community has a lot of family. It's a very family oriented apartment and all the neighbors are so nice and looks out for each other. Friendly faces everywhere.
I feel safe here!
So close (walking distance) to grocery, food, cleaners, Canyon Country Community Center (which also houses the Farmer's Market).
