Cockroaches found during move in
February 20, 2024During my move-in inspection I found a cockroach infestation and mold under the sinks. Management is not responding to my calls or emails. Even when I go to the office in person they make it impossible to speak to anyone who can help. This complex does not care about the health and safety of its tenants.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2022Have been here over 8 years and have no plans of leaving. I love the location of the complex; it's close to everything I need, and it's pretty with lots of huge trees. My apartment is very large with 2 huge walk-in closets, a coat closet and a utility closet in addition to a large storage closet on my patio. I also have an attached garage that enters into my utility room and although the garage is one car wide, it is very long so offers additional storage there. Having an attached garage is ...unique for an Ahwatukee apartment but it offers additional safety and convenience for a senior.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
September 28, 2022I stopped by Sierra Foothills very interested in leasing at this apartment complex and was told I couldn’t be shown anything and needed to make an appointment because they just got into the office. It was 10:45 and it stated they opened at 9:00. I made an appointment to see an apartment at 1:00 PM the following week and was told on the phone twice by two different people (one on-site and the other being a call center) letting me know they did have the floor plan and an available apartment to ...view. I took my personal lunch break to drive out and view the apartment. I showed up with the doors being locked and a maintenance man let me in. A woman named Sydney then told me she was on lunch and to come back at 2:00 because she was not available to help me due to her being on lunch regardless of my 1:00 PM appointment. She then proceeded to tell me the apartment I was interested in was actually not available to view even though I was told the previous day it was available twice - I wasted my time even taking off work and the woman Sydney in the front has the worst customer service skills I’ve even seen, especially for being a leasing agent. I will absolutely not be leasing here and will not recommend. Update : I called the front office to speak to the community manager directly about my experience multiple times with no return of my call from anyone at Sierra Foothills.Property Manager Responded
