September 21, 2025Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The elevators break down a lot, parking is very difficult, hallways were full of trash bags. Overall very nasty place with rude staff. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.Property Manager Responded

Resident well-being and the upkeep of our community are priorities for us, and many residents continue to share their ongoing satisfaction with the care we provide. While service interruptions such as elevator repairs or parking constraints can occur in any community, our team addresses issues with transparency, regular updates, and added support. During a recent elevator outage, we offered delivery assistance and supplemental waste disposal to minimize disruptions in the area impacted. Trash disposal and common areas are monitored daily. If you notice anything that needs immediate attention, please reach out directly. November 22, 2024Had to make an account on this site to leave a review and potentially help renters avoid the same issues me and my wife have had since moving in. I actually plan on doing so on several other sites as well which goes to show how little I'd recommend living here. In the six months we've been here we have had such significant issues with bugs we are not buying groceries for fear of having to throw them away. At least every other day there are roach sightings, ants track in through the windows every ...day, there were larvae of some sort lining where our walls meet our ceiling. We have reported this the very weekend we moved in and every week since. We have had the building manager inspect our apartment looking for some way to blame it on our living habits (he couldn't find anything); We requested that at the very least we be automatically added to the Pest Control service list rather than having to ask each and every time and he has failed to do so despite his promise. We have had no support from the office and their staff in trying to rid ourselves of this infestation, with us having no food in the pantry, mopping and vacuuming daily, setting of bug bombs and using spray at the spot of every sighting, the office does nothing. They have made it clear they do not care. This is on top of having us move in to an apartment with a busted A/C that ran all day and still never reached the set temp and having some staff members who will linger near the neighborhood gym when my wife goes to work out meaning I've had to pay for a membership to avoid this abhorrent behavior.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
June 28, 2023The place is no longer like it was three years before. The elevators break a lot, parking is difficult. They are accepting many people in an apartment. They increase the rent a lot. There is loud music in the pool area and garbage thrown everywhere. It's a shame that such a nice place is like this with this new management. El lugar ya no es como lo era tres anos antes. Los elevadores se rompen mucho , el parqueo es dificil. Estan aceptando muchas personas en un apartamento. Aumentan la renta ...mucho .Hay musica alta en el area de la piscina y basura tirada por todos lados. Worst apartment I’ve lived in
June 4, 2023Well it didn’t start out this way when I moved in 4 years ago with a different company owning the complex it was great. Great employees very friendly and clean all around. Now the new company that owns it do nothing for the tenants and jack your rent up 200+ dollars every year. It’s a joke and to make things worse they now allow section 8 housing which has done nothing but brought in tenants who do not care about the complex because they rent for have the price and trash the place. Long story ...short don’t waste your time find somewhere different cause the employees act nice but do nothing to help. Steer clear just a friendly warning.Property Manager Responded
