May 5, 2026It has been pretty great pretty quiet for the area only downside is alot of homeless like to hang around the extra parking lot next to castles and coasters which is also by the apartments complex and of course no gate to keep them out my first night here i seen homeless guy looking through people cars in the parking lot the ac tends. To leak alot had to call maintenance alot during my time here only good thing is they dont make you wait too long for the repairs not the worst but could be better ...oh another thing no roaches which was a big one for me when moving in i only had seen maybe one or two during my time hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2025Yeah, so far my time here has been overall pretty good, any issues I’ve had have been addressed almost immediately (if not within a few hours), I was upset with the bugs but after one spray of my apartment I have not seen any more bugs but the place is very nice for the price, it’s in an amazing location, very convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is the smell of marijuna in my home but I wouldn’t even say that’s the property’s fault it’s the person who is smoking in my building so ...yeah I would 100% recommend sierra pines as a good place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
