They’ll take your money
November 1, 2020If you plan on renting here be prepared for Sierra Suites to keep the full amount of your deposit for exorbitant cleaning/repair fees (not cleaning behind the refrigerator, small nail holes in wall). Management didn't show up for our final walk-through and didn't even inform us they weren't showing up until later.. we were on a schedule and had to drive to California the same day so we left... Just do not expect to get any of your money back even after cleaning the entire apartment thoroughly ...upon move-out. On top of that management wants to charge ADDITIONAL money on top of the deposit cost.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
