Come Live at Sierra Vista!!! You won’t regret it!!

It’s comfortable and safe living here. New management and maintenance are wonderful and very attentive. Great customer service with them!! Maggie is the best and so is Rosylin!! So much better than the previous management because they genuinely care and make customer service a priority. They have rebuild a new clubhouse and gym. Can’t wait until they open. Also, they have a cute mini dog park just for your fur babies!! I see mommies and their babies having little cute picnics in the open. This ...

kind of environment makes the place very lively and humble. The apartment itself is decently clean but remodeling can be better. Example: floor boards lifting, chipped paint, wall plus are loose and little rusting around toilets. Overall, I’m happy and my kids are happy and my fur babies. Environment is safe for kids and I never have issues walking to my car from a distance at night. Other tenants around the area I’ve encountered are friendly. I believe many medical personnel live in the complex. I extended my lease due to great management cause I know I will be well taken care of and just the overall complex. I highly recommend this place :)

My family and I have lived in several apartments but this property is an exception. We just moved and everything here is fantastic. Rosslyn and her management team are very friendly and helpful people. They have a big tennis court, mini basketball court, kids play area, gym and a clubhouse etc. The property is very peaceful and close to nature with beautiful tall trees and flowers everywhere. The view from my patio looks like a painting honestly, with the mountains in the back and tall green ...

trees everywhere at the front. The residents here are very quiet and peaceful and will come out usually in the evenings when it cools down. You will see people walk in the park with their dogs and kids play which makes the property very lively in the evenings. The units are beautiful with full flooring, very spacious and they come with a washer/dryer. Overall, it is an awesome property that I genuinely recommend because you will want to stay here after you see it. This is my heartfelt review and I don't do a lot of reviews but I strongly felt about this one.
