A beautiful building right on the beltline, with probably the best concierge staff you could ask for, what could go wrong? A lot and it’s not good and I’d urge anyone looking here to check out the recent reviews. I’ve lived here over 1 year.
The lack of transparency and communication from management regarding safety issues and next steps is jarring. Imagine finding out management is covering up a major, and what could have been a physically violent crime with no communication or next steps.

you’re searching for a new place to live you’ll see that many building change management and that is just what happened here. RPM, which doesn’t have a stellar reputation, is the new management of the building.
Add this on top of the lack of parking, car break-ins, what’s basically a home gym, and the laughable internet service we’re forced to use which is just a little faster than dialup.
Nice apartments with incredible views? Yes. Frictionless living as they market? That’s a no.
