April 3, 2017I have lived in the Enclave for 7 years and i can say that the new manager has been responsive to my needs, be it a leaky faucet or roof damage. I continue to see the updates they are making to the grounds and older units. I have received lots of positive comments from my friends who visit, they are surprised that an older complex can look so well. I'm not sure if i'll be in Midland another 7 years but if so, I'm not looking to move.Property Manager Responded

Unsatisfactory
February 28, 2017The apartments look nice on the surface but are very old and need major improvements, their is no insulation so expect to pay high utility bills for heating and cooling, that's assuming your heat and air works, if goes out you will just have to suffer for a few months because that's how long it takes to get any maintenance done. The office staff will blame it on the maintenance staff but the truth is most of the time it's the office staff just not relaying the maintenance request. Don't expect ...any consideration of courtesy either your just a dollar sign to them, the concept of customer service or tenet appreciation is completely lost the manager and office staff. But don't worry they will be very polite as they tell you tough luck just deal with it . It's also a good idea to put extra money back each month to pay some fine or fee they will come up with. Just this month every unit got a notice marked 3rd and final notice about firefighters being inspected and a threat of a $50 fine but no one in the complex ever got a 1st or 2nd notice. Just another example of many since it lived here of the office staff and property manager not doing their job and passing the buck off on the tenets.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good Price & Garage
April 29, 2016It's hard to find a garage in the area at a apartment that you don't have to pay extra for. You have to pay a little more for the water because you get billed by the city of Midland but its not overly expensive. The maintenance problems we have had were taken care of quickly. The office staff is very professional; they actually helped us move in on a Sunday when the office was closed. A nice place to live
April 29, 2016I had been a homeowner for many years and recently, my husband and I had to sell our home. My husband and I did not like the idea of moving to an apartment because of all the crazy things you here about in regards to the transition. To make a long story short, the leasing consultant named Katherene and the friendly staff welcomed us with a warm heart and a big smile to match. I thought this was just maybe a hoax but the truth is, what is in the heart will truly surface out. Friendly Neighbors
April 28, 2016I like the community because I don't have neighbors running over my head. My son rides his bike without me worrying about a crazy parking lot. The townhome isnt new but I dont have problems with things in my apartment. The only problem is the grass, it has stickers and I've had to replace the bike tire.Review from Apartments.com
Decent prices but that's it
October 2, 2015Rent rates are low compared to the other apartments in town. However don't expect any of your maintenance requests to get done unless your a/c goes out. They didn't even clean the carpets before we moved in and my apartments smells like dog because of it,I'm just glad none of us have any allergies. The Enclave
September 22, 2015Worst place I have ever lived! We were paying 1800.00 month for a two bedroom and the appliances didn't work, sinks leaked, locks missing from sliding glass door, dirty carpet, roof leaked when it rained. Water ran into our kitchen through the light fixture and the skylight. We had a natural gas leak for 4 months and they didn't even care. Shut our hot water off for 10 days to repair it and didn't care. Management is terrible. Office was never open. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER live here.Review from Apartments.com
Bummed
August 4, 2015The Signature Place apartments are positioned well with in the city, but the glamor has extremely faded. The dilapidated buildings need some major up keep. They are updating, but the actual structure needs more help than the exterior. If Signature Place keeps improving they will become a well sought after home once again.
