This place was a nightmare! My apt had mold and it affected my children’s health. I had it tested by a 3rd party and there were 5 types of mold, 3 of those being on the top 4 most toxic list. They did absolutely nothing!! The hurricane caused a roof leak and 3 months later I still had the water spots in the master bedroom along with mold growing on the baseboards. spoke with the office for 2 months over the issues before we just had to move out, the effects on my children’s health were just to much. Do not move here.
