Can not wait to move in
March 22, 2026Toured the Silas apartments this past week and my application is already submitted! It is crazy how quite it is for being so close to downtown. The apartments are clean, spacious, and have beautiful kitchens. The people working in the leasing were helpful and kind, especially Jasmine. Amazing new apartments in town
August 27, 2025Took a tour last weekend and had a truly fantastic experience. The apartments themselves are stunning! Brand new, modern, and elegant. My favorite part is the breath taking view of Savannah and of course you got to love the big spacious closets and bathrooms! Also have to mention how spectacular the leasing team was. Absolutely stunning views and beautiful architecture and the golf course is a quick walk away, these are brand new apartments and we are so lucky to be the first in these.
