before I chose this place, I visited others....Silk Factory was/is the best. This is my home and I hope to continue to live here for many, many years. Is this place perfect...no, but what place is, on this planet.

they send - its impressive how unprofessional these people are with unnecessary snarky comments and strikingly inappropriate timing. For example: Since taking over, this management cant seem to get the call box to work, a call box that had no issues for years. Yet in the same email they notified it is still offline (their fault) they felt it was appropriate to chastise the residence for smoking too close to the building? Nice guys. The leasing office was run previously by 1 or max 2 knowledgeable and friendly people - but now its 3 people on Facebook or their phones who are inconvenienced by your presence. Previous management knew every resident by name, I've had to reintroduced myself 4 times to the same woman who just cant give me the lowest level of respect of learning my name - trust me we've had multiple lengthy conversations but again this management does not have the decency to understand this is your home while you're a resident. Have anything broken in your apartment? Too bad, they will 'try' to fix it and fail over and over. The apartments are all different and some are nicer then others but I cant stress enough that its not worth dealing with this management. You will want to bang your head against the wall dealing with these folks ineptitude. Maybe you think on move in 'hey they aren't so bad' but as soon as something goes wrong, which is inevitable, you will get to face their utter incompetence and indifference towards their work Look at the reviews from the last 5ish months, clearly fake.

with the new renovation comes a new price tag- and granted, it is still on par with other local places, but lacking one major amenity, a pool.
