My experience at Silos Harvest Green has been disappointing. While the maintenance team generally responds in a reasonable amount of time, my overall experience with management has been frustrating due to poor communication, a lack of accountability, and unprofessional interactions. These experiences have led me to decide not to renew my lease. I hope the community takes steps to improve communication, professionalism, and resident relations so that future residents have a better experience.
