If management likes their jobs and are happy and are nice and friendly, it travels down to the entire management team . Having people that you can relate to , is a plus. February 7, 2026Outstanding service from the team at Silvana Oaks. I had been searching for my next home, not just a place to live. The team made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied. My apartment was ready in record time, the maintenance crew even replaced the carpet in less then 8 hours. January 9, 2026Staff is awesome and friendly. Maintenance requests could be more timely but I don’t know how their backlog looks so that’s just my opinion. Everything else is immaculate besides my upstairs neighbor ALWAYS being loud even in the wee hours of the morning and letting her dogs go potty on their porch which then leaks down to my patio.Property Manager Responded

The structure inside the building is just so perfect. And most importantly, Silvana Oaks is accessible in nearby groceries and other establishments that you need. October 21, 2025My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment, and the three ladies in the office made the entire process smooth from start to finish with their warm, friendly, and helpful attitude. The peaceful neighborhood is beautifully complemented by a small pond with a fountain at the back of the property, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere both day and night. The location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies that make daily errands and ...dining out so easy. I’ve also noticed the maintenance team consistently working hard to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. They are unprofessional, They play with your credit, and are unsafe
August 16, 2025Would not recommend renting here for a number of reasons. to name a few, management changed over several times while I was here and it made for an unorganized/dirty mess, both in the office and complex. This location is not the safest as we had multiple car break ins. Also I closed my account in full when moving out and have it in writing that I did so however, After turning in keys, turning off all access to resident accounts, and getting security deposit check back- we received a collections ...dispute saying we did not pay them. When calling and asking they refused to speak to us or provide us with receipts of payment. I paid on time every single month never, had any complaints, the perfect tenant and yet these people did not care .They are unprofessional, They play with your credit, and are unsafe .
