Honest Review for Silver Collection at the Park

I’ve been living at Silver Collection at the Park for two years now, and I want to share my honest review based on my personal experience.
Overall, I really enjoy living here. The community is quiet, peaceful, and convenient, and I love the area. I live in one of the townhouses, so I’ve never had to deal with noisy neighbors, dogs barking etc...which has been a major plus for me. come I'm up getting ready for work which is well after 630 am. The amenities are very nice, and the community events are something I especially appreciate. The free breakfast is definitely one of my favorite perks!
I’ve seen other reviews mentioning concerns about maintenance and responsiveness, but that has not been my experience. Maintenance has always been responsive when I’ve needed them. Bam and Mitch are the best, and the after-hours maintenance person is super nice as well. The office has also implemented a new calling system that allows residents to submit work orders or complaints, and the office has a designated timeframe to respond. I think that is a positive improvement.
The amenities have been great for me as well. The sauna gets very hot, and while the steam room has always worked during the time I’ve lived here, it has only recently had an issue. I also appreciate the fitness areas, grilling areas, billiards, bike storage, and activities for residents.
As far as parking, the office sends plenty of reminder emails about the parking policies and rules, so residents are clearly informed about what is expected. If there is a parking issue, the office has been good about addressing and correcting it.
I’ve also never personally had any issues with the office staff. Jenny has always been quite pleasant with me and has gone out of her way to make sure I’m happy living here. My experience with the staff has been positive overall.
Of course, no apartment community is perfect, and there may be occasional issues or inconveniences. However, based on my two years of living here, my overall experience has been positive. I love the location, convenience, community, amenities, and the price. I honestly don’t see myself moving unless I eventually purchase a home.
If you’re considering Silver Collection at the Park, I would definitely recommend giving it a look. My experience has been a good one, and I’m happy to call this community home.
