All is good except lack of available parking and intrusion by management every month
July 31, 2025Pool, yea. Its there. Rotting. While they use their time to make entry into your unit every month. If you dont mind the false advertisement and invasion of privacy, and lack of parking because tenants have multiple vehicles and won't pay for covered parking, then its a nice appartment aside from the crappy paint jobs, terrible ceiling drywall repair! They claimed they wouldnt be making entry every month, and yet, they most define have. They put a notice on your door, not even dated or signed ...saying they will make entry and children must not be alone. Not much time to get something set up for them. August 19, 2020The size and availability are both great. The layout of the two-bedroom is very comfortable and the sizes of bedrooms, hallway, living room, kitchen, and dining are all spacious. But none of our appliances work correctly, and we've been here a month with nothing getting fixed. Also, the staff is hard to get a straight answer from. Save yourself the hassle.
December 3, 2018This place woulde amazing if ran right. They put notices on your door what seems like every other month for inspection of you house. To include "cleanliness" which is kinda funny since it seems every apartment is trashed but they want in whether you are home or not. They go through everything and even open doors to cabinets and storage areas. Which is super invading.. They use the cheapest appliances possible. Half dont even work most of the time. You get power outlets in every room, more than ...half dont even work. You get a cool balcony that your not allowed to store anything on. No bikes, no coolers, no totes. Nothing is allowed besides a couple chairs which is a complete waste of space if you are an outdoorsy person and have a lot of gear.. if you live on the inside apartments you have trees that kids climb and peep your windows... it's disgusting. Management always feels hassled when you put in a work order for something. It literally took 3 months for one order, and it took 2-3 weeks for them to fix a microwave which was never even properly mounted because it's an 1nch out of level. They simply do not have carpenter skills at all. It's all Hollywood for your money. Come live here if you want kids screaming till 1130 every night, racial slurs, fights,basketball @midnight,trap music, and absolutely no privacy. WARNING!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!! 0 STARS IS MY REVIEW~NO EXAGGERATION~
September 20, 2016I have heard and seen first hand multiple complaints about these apartments. Not a good place to live! Dont expect your deposit back when you do move, no matter how good you clean! HORRIBLE PARKING!!! They will tow your car at the drop of a dime! It happens to most of the tenants to the tune of around $400! Parking lot is under maintenance, so some of the tenants had to walk from the gas station WAY down the road!! NASTY pool, I dont know how the health department lets them keep it open! Bird ...mites...fleas, and they dont want to compensate for treatment. Slow at maintenance if at all....mold issues that they do not consider an important issue. The noise from above and surrounding apartments is ridiculous as well.Property Manager Responded

Silver Creek Apartment
August 18, 2015With a short drive to great restaurants, stores, and the mall, the friendly environment and the safe neighborhoods, one would think its a perfect fit but as for the apartment itself well that's a different story. The staff was very friendly for the most part but not as cooperative as i would like them to be. At first glance my apartment made me feel at home with the deck, walk in closet, and pantry. After settling in i immediately found several appliances didn't work including my washer, and ...restroom sink. Which took almost a month to fix. Then we found out some old tenants wanted to stick around (fleas). My girlfriend still has scars from the bites that itched constantly. Then two months later when everything was all better (or so i thought) we had a second infestation of bird mites! The staff only had these problems fixed but never wanted to take the extra step of compensating me for anything. The walls are also paper thin and the neighbors above me have no regard for people living around them when it comes to the noise level.Property Manager Responded

Just don't look outside and its great!
July 27, 2015Silver Creek apartments, friendly staff, clean interior and reasonable rent. Pair that with a near post-apocalyptic parking lot but with half the parking space and that's Silver Creek. It's low income and shows it, but the management make up for it, and the pricing is right. Also the interior is not bad at all, like I said just don't look out the windows.Property Manager Responded
