Trash overflowing
June 19, 2023Not sure why residents get charged a monthly trash fee when the dumpster is constantly overflowing and now for some reason it’s gone. I just love being on my balcony and overlooking the small landfill the apartment has started!Property Manager Responded

Stonecrest Apartments
June 7, 2023I really enjoy living here at Stonecrest Apartments. It is very quiet, clean and spacious. The only thing I wish they had are linen closets, but the second bedroom for me is a big help there The management are great especially Kimberly, she makes sure I'm taken care of with any situation. Definitely Not “Luxury” Apartments
May 27, 2023Although the apartments are pretty, and the location is nice, management is very lack luster. I lived at these apartments for 2 years and moved out at the end of April. Phone calls to the office were never returned and it seemed like it was hit or miss with the office being open. Trash was constantly littered around the complex, in the breezeways, and ESPECIALLY by the leasing office itself as the trash compactor and dumpster are no where near large enough for a complex of its size. The ...“amenities” at the complex are a comically small pool and a “fitness center” that is only open when the office is. The dog pick up stations are constantly over flowing and picking up after pets isn’t enforced by the office like it should be, so there is always pet waste around the whole complex. Overall I would not recommend this complex at the price you pay per month, which is rather unfortunate because it has great potential.Property Manager Responded
