New Management Company - Go to Rolling Woods

This place was fine until the new management company took over, which makes no sense because the apartment office manager is the same person, which leads me to believe it's the company, Coachlight, that's the issue. A quick Google will confirm that suspicion. I currently have men on ladders on my patio and in my windows on the second story doing construction and recieved no notice because "they're not inside the apartment". No consideration for the fact that 1) there's strange men on ladders ...
outside my windows and 2) I work from home and so the constant construction is disruptive to my meetings and business. Razor blades and screws on the ground outside from the construction crew, busted windows that they taped up because theyre too cheap to fix them, most of the units are outdated with 50+ year old flooring, tiling, appliances, smelly, dirty halls that haven't been vacuumed in months despite requests and promises to do so by management, and the only AC is a window unit they built into the wall of the living room that does nothing for the bedrooms since they are way down the narrow hallway. This place is NOT worth it.
