My husband and I love living here. It’s super clean, feels very safe, and is very friendly. The new management seems great so far, no complaints there. We love how close it is to everything in Fenton - grocery stores, restaurants, places to hang out. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to live in Fenton!!

Silver Lake Hills has beautiful grounds, accommodations for pets, nice and helpful management, direct response to any maintenance needs. I have no complaints at all. I have been here almost 3 years and it has been a great experience! I will miss Silverlake Hills but it’s time to move on:(

The office staff are incredibly helpful. They made the move in process easy. This a beautiful community with a lot of green space for pets. The apartment furnishings are upscale and the layout is great!

Great communications and services by office, loved working with Donna and her assistant. Maintenance staff were very professional. You can see that theyre working so hard to take care of their residents. The apartment was very nice and clean.

My husband and I have lived here for several years. It feels like a home. Great location and the units are amazing . Such great people live here, friendly and family oriented. Walking area, quiet areas; such a great location . Staff is always helpful and quick to respond .

I love living at Silver Lake Hills Apartments. It is clean, well light, convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. They have a park for children and a dog park. A swimming pool as well as shuffle board. The staff are awesome and the maintenance crew stay on top of any issues. Very happy being a resident here!!
