I have lived here for over 3 years and been through 3 managements. I have never had a rude encounter with any staff and they have always worked with me if needed. I especially give a shout out to the maintenance. Only one time did they take a few days to get out and fix my problem, but usually always the same day or the next day. they are always polite and efficient. the fact that there are two different addresses but same apt numbers to each one which makes package and food delivery difficult. I have only seen the police on my side of complex twice in three yrs. I did have to deal with some roaches per usual in apts but they have a monthly service and I keep place clean along with other preventive measures and I rarely see any now. They also keep up with the dumpsters, never have I seen trash overflowing. they come everyday to empty it. Apartment living always depends on your neighbors also, you never know who is living near you so its a gamble. I am fortunate to have quiet, respectful neighbors as well. if you want peace and quiet and hopefully no bugs and better maintenance you will need to rent a house. :) word of advise, when looking at apartments, get several residents opinions as you drive through or do a visit. look at the cars around and the blinds in the windows. trash in or near the dumpster, these are signs of who lives there and how well the apts are maintained. good luck and happy hunting :)
