December 8, 2015I have been at Silver Palms for 14 months. I renewed my lease because of the team who makes Silver Palms a nice, safe and welcoming place to live. I love that it isn't a huge community, the management makes sure you have anything you need. They greet you by name and always make you feel welcome! The maintenance person is top notch and knows what he is doing which is priceless. If you have a maintenance issue it is taken care of asap and done right. November 17, 2015As a long term resident of the Silver Palms Apartment community, I want to share my own recommendations as to why I would highly recommend Silver Palms as the #1 choice of communities in which to make your new home. Silver Palms Apartments is very centrally located, not only in Largo, but also in Pinellas County. Shopping, restaurants, schools, library, parks, and many other amenities are all very nearby. The Gulf and Beaches are just a short 5 miles away. The Highland Recreation Center ...Complex and Highland Lake Park are located right next door. The Management, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and General Upkeep of the entire community is without comparison!! Our highly qualified Property Manager takes great pride in making sure that Silver Palms is a stand-out community. Our Maintenance Manager is exceptional! Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of to the resident’s satisfaction. Our Housekeeping Manager makes an extra effort to see that the property is kept clean, picked-up, and shining. September 3, 2015I chose Silver Palms for 2 reasons, location and the online reviews. Not only did both of these reasons live up to my expectations I have also found a home at Silver Palms. I have a 7 year old girl who just went back to school and I got home one day to a back to school present and a free session for her to swim at the pool at Highland Recreation Center.
