Worst experience ever

I rarely leave negative reviews, but future renters deserve to know what they’re getting into.
Living here was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. There were repeated water issues throughout my time in the apartment, and despite multiple maintenance requests and repeated notifications to management, the problems were never properly fixed.

unresolved. As a tenant paying rent on time, I expected my apartment to be maintained and repairs to be completed correctly—not endlessly postponed or covered up with quick fixes.
The lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to permanently resolve ongoing maintenance issues made it clear that resident concerns were not a priority. No one should have to constantly follow up just to get basic maintenance handled. They did not offer any help to relocate apartments (for the same price) barely let me out of my lease early with no penalties. Renters insurance claim was denied to even cover my damaged belongings as they told the insurance company it was ground water damage, however to my face they have no clue where the issue is coming from.
If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly encourage you to think twice. An apartment should be a place where you feel comfortable and confident that legitimate maintenance concerns will be addressed. Unfortunately, that was never my experience here, and I cannot recommend this property.
