I see the negative reviews, but I'm not sure what someone's experience consist of when you're living in the same complex, but I've had a very good experience here. I've been here since 2022, which is a year. The outside could use a little paint and freshening up, but the outside is kept up also.

Just went through a shoot out and all the office has done was try to raise rent for all of us, no support at all and no background checks!

I live in a home located behind the apartments. There is drugs and shootings every week. Run!! Worse community to live in.
