  • No hot water, High water bill in the summer, High power bill in the winter and more

    If you hate hot showers, this is the place for you. The hot water is HEAVILY regulated so you cannot take a 15+ minute hot/warm shower or shower right after your roommate. Dishwasher leaves dishes dirtier than before the cycle, called maintenance to find the issue and they rinsed the filter and told us to "rinse our dishes" as if we don't already. As expected, the problem was never fixed. Your water bill in the summer will be very high because you are charged for the sprinklers. Your power bill ...
    will double in the winter with xcel energy claiming its due to electric heating. Came home one night to our water being turned off completely for no reason at all so I couldn't cook. (Utility bill was paid 2+ weeks before due date, even overpaid). Luckily they turned it back on before their office hours because they don't have an emergency maintenance number. These prices are absolutely not worth the trouble you are guaranteed to go through. Windows are thin so you will hear everything outside while you're trying to sleep. Barely heard neighbors through the walls, though, and the area itself is nice which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star.

  • Constant noise from neighbors

    Despite my multiple emails and phone calls for months the property management does nothing about the neighbors music vibrating my entire place. I am unable to use the master bedroom at all and moved my bedroom to the other end of the townhouse and still feel and hear the music there. Do not plan on sleeping during the day if you work nights and don't plan to go tobed before 10pm.
