    This place looks great and first and is sadly nothing but problems, extremely disappointed with my experience here and highly recommend avoiding this place. Terrible parking and awful management. 0/10 recommendation

    Staff is awesome. Maintenance is always right on it, everything is so well maintained. Office ladies are great. I don’t know what these other people are complaining about I’ve never had a problem, and the office staff is always friendly and quick!

    You may think you are getting a decent rental rate but you will be nickel and dimed in the hundreds of dollars for their management teams incompetence. Best piece of advice avoid this location all they want to do Is have you sign a lease and after that they no longer have the slightest concern about you.

  • Worst management team

    Possibly the worst management team I have had to deal with. I sent them a valid money order a week before the due date come to find out they couldn't process it and charged 100 dollars in late charges on a payment that wasn't late and refuses to refund this. Speaking to other tenants and it seems like this is definitely not the first time it has happened. Avoid this location at all cost get a longer commute if you have too.

  • Unprofessional staff that does NOT have the best interest of their tenants. DO NOT RENT HERE!

    They ALWAYS have available space, and there's a reason for that. The staff is not professional at all, and that is to say the VERY LEAST. They do the absolute MINIMUM as required by law, when it comes to ANYTHING. For example, my car tag expired, and not even the same day, they issued a sticker on my car (ruined the window trying to remove it), threatening to have my car TOWED if not updated within ONE DAY! They have had constant issues with the water not working, power outages, internet ...
    outages, and several car break ins. The gates are backwards (you exit where you should enter, and enter where you should exit). The location is the ONLY thing they have going for them. I'll say it again, they have A LOT of available spaces, FOR A REASON.

    This apartment is in a great location but that is about all it has going for it. The management is very lackluster and units themselves are old and while they are maintained there has been no updating since most likely the early 90's.
